Fueling Wellness, One Digital Product at a Time: Meet Giselle Sesi ’26

Giselle Sesi ’26 is turning her passion for health and wellness into a growing brand with RESET Planners, a digital business focused on helping others reset their routines and prioritize self-care. From glow-up cards to mood journals and detox recipes, Giselle’s products are designed to inspire balance, confidence, and daily movement. In the Q&A below, she shares the story behind RESET, her entrepreneurial journey, and how her experience at Marian has shaped her confidence as a leader.

What inspired you to start RESET Planners?

I was inspired to start RESET Planners because of my passion for health and wellness! I have always enjoyed eating healthy and living an active lifestyle by working out. I wanted to share that passion with others!

Can you tell us what RESET is all about? What kind of products do you offer?

RESET Planners is all about helping people reset their routines, mindset, health, and overall well-being. The business offers a variety of digital wellness products delivered via email, including 7-Day Glow-Up Cards for daily health inspiration, detox recipes to support cleansing and nutritional awareness, and a mood journal designed to meet readers where they are—whether they’re feeling energized or overwhelmed. A fitness tracker with built-in rewards for movement and exercise is also in the works.

How did your interest in health and fitness begin?

My interest in health and wellness began when I wanted a new change in my life. As I got older, I found that eating healthy and working out always felt good. It gave me something to look forward to each day.

What’s your favorite part of running your own business?

My favorite part of running my own business is that I can unleash my creativity! I absolutely love designing new products and advertisements for products to market online. I’m able to go at my own pace and try out new things without feeling discouraged.

What has been the biggest challenge in launching and growing your business?

The biggest challenge has been gaining customers. I have had a lot of support from many people, which I am so grateful for. However, being able to attract customers has been difficult.

What’s one health or wellness tip you live by?

Move your body every day—whether it’s an intense workout or a more chill workout, like walking.

How has Marian shaped your confidence as a leader and businesswoman?

Marian has helped shape my confidence as both a leader and a businesswoman. Through challenging classes and involvement in extracurriculars, I’ve learned that with hard work and a clear sense of purpose, I’m capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.

Who inspires you when it comes to entrepreneurship or wellness?

I'm inspired by my mom—not only because she's always supported me through uncertainty, but also because she's an entrepreneur herself, running her own lash extension business. Watching her build something she's passionate about motivated me to create something of my own, combining beauty, wellness, and my commitment to helping others feel their best.

Where do you hope to take the business in the future?

I hope that in the future, RESET will be more commonly heard of, and that my business will attract people who are looking to improve their routine, health, and mindset. I hope to create more digital wellness products that people will look forward to purchasing due to easy delivery (via email) and also due to people feeling more confident with my products.

How can people find or support RESET?
People can find my business on Instagram and TikTok (reset.planners) and support by ordering the RESET Health & Wellness products by dm’ing our Instagram or TikTok, or emailing reset.planners@gmail.com
