Create a learning environment that fosters global professional skills based on gospel values and emerging global needs.

1. Provide a rigorous college preparatory curriculum in a Catholic setting that is characterized by academic excellence and focused on promoting global professional skills of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (the "4C's")

2. Provide an educational environment that utilizes current technology as a tool for student and faculty learning while promoting personal growth and development.

3. Continue to build a STEM program that includes a strong academic foundation and career exploration in STEM fields.

4. Design and implement a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Program that supports social-emotional intellect and coping abilities, and promotes academic success.

Inspire and enable young women to take leadership roles wherever they find themselves in life and society.

1. Empower young women to be strong, ethical, compassionate, and effective leaders in an ever-changing world.

2. Provide an environment that is conducive to each student achieving her potential through a holistic approach to education that includes the co-curriculars of sports, clubs, and the arts.

3. Nurture an awareness of and respect for all humankind and the Earth as our common home by developing programs and activities that raise consciousness.

Continue to build Marian as a model of Christian community that values the gifts of each person in bringing the gospel message to modern society.

1. Provide all members of the Marian community with opportunities to deepen their faith life through study, prayer, and action in the Catholic tradition.

2. Nurture and celebrate the Christian spirit of giving, caring, and loving that is the foundation of the Marian community.

3. Promote respect for self and others by using faith-based decision making in living a life of leadership and service.

4. Maintain a culture of service that fosters reflection on learning experiences and the needs of the times. 

Ensure Marian has the facilities and the human, financial, and technical resources to live its mission.

1. Develop comprehensive succession plans for faculty, staff, and administration that have Marian's continued excellence as their primary goal.

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated technology plan that supports all of the operations of the Marian community.

3. Engage Marian alumnae in supporting our mission with their time, talent, and treasure.

4. Recruit, retain, and professionally develop a diverse faculty/staff and Board of Directors intent on enabling, empowering, and inspiring students to meet high academic standards.

5. Increase and diversify enrollment.

6. Maintain a strong financial position that facilitates the Marian mission.

7. Develop financial resources to implement Marian's future initiatives.

8. Maintain and enhance our campus facilities to ensure global professional learning and sustainability that supports Marian's mission.
