Holly Gorecki Named New Vice President for Advancement

Holly Gorecki was named the new Vice President for Advancement. In her role, Holly is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Office for Advancement including the development and execution of fundraising plans for the school and generating resources for the annual Marian Fund, Endowment, Scholarships, and greatest areas of need.
 
She joined Marian following nearly four years at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO) as their Director of Advancement Operations where she was responsible for prospect research and pipeline development, major gift solicitation support, gift acknowledgment, donor recognition, and curating stewardship experiences meeting the philanthropic goals of donors to the Annual Fund or Endowment. Prior to the DSO, Holly had similar roles in fundraising and community engagement at The Children’s Center and The American Cancer Society.
 
Holly is a University of Michigan graduate, holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University, and is an active alum of the American Express Leadership Academy.
