Administrative Assistant – Marian High School is seeking a full time, full calendar year Administrative Assistant. Position will perform the administrative duties for the Office of Advancement. Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills; database management experience; communication, organizational, and computer skills (including advanced Excel skills); attention to detail; ability to multi-task. Alumnae Engagement Unpaid Internship
The Marian alumnae summer intern is a member of the Office of Advancement who serves as assistant to the alumnae engagement coordinator in exchange for college credit. Additionally the person in this position assists the Advancement staff members with other projects, as needed. This intern should be prepared to work in a team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of the advancement and alumnae engagement fields.
 
Daily Responsibilities
  • Affirm commitment to the Marian High School Mission
  • Assist with the implementation of alumnae engagement plan
  • Assist Alumnae Engagement Coordinator with daily tasks
  • Locate “lost” alumnae through email and social media
Periodic Responsibilites
  • Assist with the writing and implementation of an alumnae survey
  • Create content for alumnae emails and mailings
  • Assist with class reunions weekend planning and mailings
  • Follow up with alumnae donors by making thank you phone calls
  • Cultivate relationships with alumnae by acknowledging their accomplishments and recognizing significant milestones
  • Pursue interesting features and topics for the alumnae section of the Marian website
  • Write assigned alumnae stories for Marian publications
  • Research projects and activities for Alumnae Engagement Coordinator
  • Attend informational webinars as requested
  • Assist Advancement staff members with other projects

Marian High School is seeking a paraprofessional substitute for paraprofessional duties during the school day and possibly after school for the 2017-18 and or 2018-19 academic years.  Qualifications: college degree preferred.
