We know that choosing the right high school is a momentous decision, that is why we encourage eighth grade girls to become a Mustang for the day! Marian’s shadow visits are open to eighth graders as well as 9th or 10th graders considering transferring to Marian. Seventh grade students may shadow at the end of their 7th grade year, beginning in May.

Shadow visits for 8th graders during the 2017/18 school year will begin the week of October 2, 2017, and may be scheduled online via the "Inquiry" button beginning in August, at which point available shadow dates will be posted. Space is limited each day, so parents should reserve a shadow date early for their daughter. The Office of Admission must have two full days notice to arrange the visit. Please note, some dates may be unavailable due to scheduled school activities. Parents are welcome to schedule a tour of the school on the same day as their daughter's visit.

In addition to shadow visits, there are a number of exciting admission events hosted throughout the year, listed below. Most events are open to the public, some by invitation only, according to grade and application status. We hope you'll join us as often as possible and begin to feel right at home in the Marian community!

For more information, please email Tina Malloy Pedersen ’96, Director of Admission, or call (248) 644-1946.
