On February 27, the Marian Forensics Team competed in the Detroit Catholic Forensic League’s fourth ‘virtual’ tournament of the season.
Congratulations to Julia Gergis ’24, Ava Gorga ’23, Emily Grombala ’21, Sarah Gundlach ’24, Kennedy Marsh ’22, Molly O’Brien ’24, Lauren Tuohy ’22, Kamryn Winchester ’23, and Marcella Zarouk ’21 for their performances in the categories of Dramatic Performance, Duo Interpretation of Literature, Extemporaneous Speaking, Oratorical Declamation, and Original Oratory. We were excited that seven Marian entries earned top-six ribbons! In total, the team scored two 1st-place ribbons, one 2nd-place ribbon, two 3rd-place ribbons, one 4th-place ribbon, and one 6th-place ribbon. Way to go, Mustangs!
