The presenters addressed Marian students on the crucial topic of Youth Anxiety & Depression and Accessing OCHN Services.
During the session, the speakers delved into the symptoms of anxiety, various types of depressive disorders, and strategies for building resiliency and coping skills. Additionally, students received valuable insights on how to access the mental health services offered by OCHN.
